What ClearWeek is (and isn't)

ClearWeek flags major events that tend to move hotel and travel prices in the cities and dates you scan. It is an informational tool, not a booking service, price feed, or financial advice.

Verdicts are estimates based on curated and third-party event data. Events change, get cancelled, and vary in impact — always verify prices and availability with your supplier before booking or advising a client.

Your account & acceptable use

Keep your sign-in email accurate; magic links go there. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Don't abuse the service: no scraping at scale, probing, disrupting, reselling, or misrepresenting ClearWeek's output as your own live pricing data.

Data sources & trademarks

Event information comes from public sources and licensed third-party APIs. Event, venue, and organizer names are the trademarks of their respective owners; ClearWeek is not affiliated with or endorsed by any event listed.

No warranty & limitation of liability

ClearWeek is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearWeek and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including booking decisions, missed savings, or costs incurred — arising from use of the service.

Changes

The service is under active development; features may change or be withdrawn. We may update these terms — material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continuing to use ClearWeek after a change means you accept the updated terms.
