Privacy policy

What we collect

Account: the email address you sign in with. We use passwordless magic links, so we never store a password.

Your data: saved trips (city and dates, plus an optional label) and any alert subscriptions you create.

Usage: when anyone runs a scan we record the city, dates, and verdict as anonymous analytics. Scan analytics are not linked to your account and we do not store your IP address with them.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

We don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only cookies we set are the session cookies required to keep you signed in.

We don't email you except to sign you in (magic links) and, if you opt in, to deliver the alerts you asked for. Every alert email includes a link to manage or stop them.

Who processes data for us

Supabase hosts our database and handles authentication.

Vercel hosts the application.

Resend delivers our emails.

Each processes data only on our instructions to run the service.

Retention & your rights

Account data is kept while your account exists. Anonymous scan analytics are kept in aggregate.

You can ask us to export or delete your account data at any time — email privacy@clearweeks.com from your sign-in address and we'll action it. Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California) you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data; we honor those requests regardless of location.
